The LIPSCHULE – an employer with clear ideas
If you want to create something good and worthwhile, you have to be clear about two things: What should the result look like? And how should the team that tackles this task be put together? As an employer, the LIPSCHULE has a precise idea of both!
What a school “creates” is education. In today’s world this means, above all, enabling young people to make decisions and supporting them in networked thinking. Not so easy in a pluralistic, often contradictory world. But creating such an education is what provides the base that motivates children to do just that: to contribute with imagination and confidence to the further development of the lives we live.
Of course, these are high expectations. That is why many good, inspirational guides are needed to provide the right tips and cues to impart necessary skills. According to a well known African proverb; ‘It takes a village to raise a child’.
We want our “LIP village” to have teachers who bring one thing above all: The ability to pass on your own enthusiasm for life and learning in order to light a fire in our students. In addition, the ability to work in a team is a must. Another important skill to build in the young people entrusted to our care.
