Mr. Fiechter has been working as head chef at Lipschule since August 2018. Before that, he gained a wide range of professional experience in various hotels, restaurants, and private clinics. He especially appreciates that his main customers are now children. They always bring him a warm laugh and give him direct, honest feedback about the food.
