Mr. Dietrich has already worked in several fields: he worked at an advertising agency, put up posters, and made calls in a call center. After mostly taking care of adults’ needs during that time, he decided to devote his future to children. That led him to reorient his career and train as a childcare specialist. He completed his apprenticeship in two daycare centers.
Since 2018, he has been at Lipschule and takes on a wide variety of roles: in addition to serving as head of after-school care and vocational trainer, he also works as a forest and sports educator as well as a music teacher. For Mr. Dietrich, personal contact with the children comes first. Thanks to Lipschule’s family-like setting, he can take the time to respond to individual students and build a genuine basis of trust.
