Ms. Steinbichl has been working as a theater educator at Lipschule since 2022. Through her theater projects, she creates an environment in which children and young people can be fully present in the here and now. The focus is on creating together on stage: it strengthens social interaction and gradually leads to impressive productions. For Ms. Steinbichl, seeing how the students grow beyond themselves and what emerges from their shared work is always the greatest reward.
