Ms. Quaglia has been working as a primary school teacher in Cycle 2 at Lipschule since the 2025/26 school year. However, her connection to the school goes back much further: as early as 2015, she completed an internship here before beginning her studies at the Lucerne University of Teacher Education and later working for seven years in the public schools of the City of Zurich as a primary school teacher and middle school lead teacher.
What is especially close to Ms. Quaglia’s heart is a trusting learning relationship with the children. She values the open, family-like atmosphere at Lipschule and the constructive cooperation with parents in order to create a protected space for development together.
