Ms. Wyniger has been working at Lip since 2010 and serves as a cycle lead and Montessori teacher in Cycle 1. Before that, she taught English at an international school and has since brought her experience and enthusiasm to supporting our youngest students.
Ms. Wyniger especially values her daily interactions with the children: the smiling faces in the morning and the joy with which the children learn continually encourage her. She takes great pleasure in accompanying the children on their individual learning paths, recognizing their strengths, and helping them develop those strengths. In doing so, it is important to her to remain flexible, creative, and open, and to give the children positive impulses for their development.
Working as a team also means a great deal to Ms. Wyniger. She values the diversity, flexibility, and different strengths everyone brings to the table. She especially appreciates the great trust placed in the teachers and the shared commitment to continually developing their own educational practice.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. With her six-year-old child, she is often out and about, and she finds balance through exercise and fitness.
